Links With Our Feeder Secondary School
As a school we have developed close links with our feeder secondary school for the children in our school community. Their Transition Manager comes to our school on a weekly basis to work with the children, build relationships and join in with their learning so that together we ensure we have the smoothest of transitions for the children who then transfer to their school.
I have come across this charity 'Place2Be' and it has some some helpful information for you as Y6 parents/carers to help support your children when transitioning in to secondary school as for some of course, it can be an anxious time.
