Arbor- Guidance for Parents and Carers 

Arbor is our School Management information system. It is used to keep your child's records as well as for signing up to clubs and trips and booking parent consultations. You can download the Arbor app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store or you can use a web browser to access your account. Please contact the school office if you experience any difficulty with accessing Arbor. You can access a guides here:

Booking clubs on Arbor.

You will be informed when club registration is open on Arbor. Some users have reported using the browser is more sucessful for this function. If you can not get past the club choice, this means that the club is already full.

Booking parent's evening on Arbor.

You will be informed when sign up will open and this should be available for you to book appointments through your profile. Please note that once booked, only the school office can amend the time.

Privacy on Arbor.

Only Guardians who are Primary guardians will recieve communications and be able to access the child's profile. Guardians will not be able to see or edit other guardian information, even if they live at the same address. Arbor complies with all UK GDPR law.
