Ancient Greece Day - Year 6

Last Friday, the year 6 children enjoyed taking part in a fantastic workshop with Ben from Treehouse Theatre. During the morning, they rehearsed different parts of an Ancient Greek play that they then performed to each other in the afternoon. Some of the roles that the children played included: Olympic Athletes, Gods, Goddesses and workers at the Agora. Ben was very impressed by the children's already substantial knowledge of the Ancient Greeks from their lessons this half-term and it was lovely to see the children being so confident when rehearsing and performing.
