If we feel that a child is needing more support than our ordinarily available provision, we will invite you in for a chat and discuss putting in place more tailored support. This would involve putting your child onto our SEN register and would allow us to provide more specific adjustments to help your child continue to make progress and thrive.

It gives everyone who is working with your child as much detail as possible to help your child continue to succeed. On the provision map it will specify what adjustments your child will be able to access, as well as set any targets that are appropriate.
Teachers and support staff will regularly review the provision maps and make changes when needed. You will receive an updated copy at the start of each term so that you know what is being done to support your child and what they are currently working on.
The adjustments may include things such as:
We encourage you to discuss the provision map with your child's class teacher if you are unsure of anything on there.
