The FOGB Grow a Pound Challenge is now over and the money has been counted. We are delighted to say that over the summer break Years 4, 5 and 6 raised a whopping £1,158!

 

The children have amazed us with what they have achieved, and you should all be very proud of them. From lemonade sales, sponsored silences, ‘guess the number of sweets’ games, cake sales, dog walking and entertaining relatives with jokes, to good old-fashioned hard work doing household chores, the children took on the challenge and demonstrated their fantastic enterprising skills.

 

As you know, there are trophies for the three individual children who raised the most and a reward for the class that raised the most. We are pleased to announce that the winners are…

 

First place: Max E (Year 6) who raised an incredible £244!

Second place: Jude (Year 4)

Third place: Elena (Year 6)
