At 11:00 this morning, everyone at Great Binfields showed their respect by taking part in a minute’s silence to remember the brave soldiers who have fought for our country. Mrs Holdsworth taught us some interesting facts about the ‘Last Post’ and explained why it is such an important part of Remembrance. We then listened carefully to a lovely poem she shared, which helped us think about the courage and sacrifices made by so many. We all felt very proud to take part and to remember together as a school.
