Welcome back everyone,

We have been back since Tuesday and boy, this week has flown by. The children have settled back into school routines really well. During my first assembly of the year, I talked to the children about how important it was to make a good first impression and we also reminded ourselves of the values we would like to see this year. I am pleased to say that the children remembered many of them throughout the week. Long may this continue!

Our first newsletter of the year we will be finding its way into your inbox soon and I promise to get  Our Annual Dates Letter out to you soon as well.

Please do not forget our expectations meetings next week. Our KS1 meeting is on Tuesday 8th September and our KS2 meeting is on the Wednesday 9th.

We strongly urge you to attend as we are outlining what you should expect in the way of whole school development; what to expect from us as a school with regards to your child's curriculum this year; what we expect from the children so that they develop really good learning behaviours and what we expect with regards to our parental partnership with you.
