Subway visit Year 2
Today, in Year 2, we had an exciting visit from Subway. This was to support our topic Funny Bones. We have been looking at healthy eating and how much fat is in certain products. Last week we carried out a project to design a low fat sandwich. Subway then came in to discuss this further and we were able to create our sandwiches! We were taught the correct way to make a Subway and how to wrap them safely so that we could take them home. Year 2 had a brilliant time and we learnt lots about what is in the food we eat.
