Year 6 had the pleasure of performing their very own Ancient Greece themed play-in-a-day based on the topics of 'War and Peace’. The amazing Ben from the Treehouse Theatre Company helped to bring our Ancient Greece topic to life and allowed the children to put into practise all their learning from across this half term. The children all looked fantastic in their outfits - thank you! This has really helped bring the day to life. It has also helped the children take on the role of their characters, which they took very seriously. We were impressed with how confidently the children delivered their lines too. There are certainly some impressive actors and actresses within the year group.

Alongside of this, we have been learning about the Ancient Greek alphabet, words with Ancient Greek origins and different Greek gods and goddesses.
