Early Years have been enjoying their kids aerobic sessions, with Amanda, during our Friday PE lessons. She has been getting our hearts racing by teaching us energetic dance routines and core stability exercises. We can tell we have been working hard, from our red faces and our need for a drink of water! Everyone certainly feels worn out, but eagerly await for the next week's lesson, as they are great fun!!
