On Wednesday it was Y2's turn to show off their skills in the KS1 football festival at the power league pitches in Brighton Hill. 10 children braved the cold and had a brilliant afternoon. They even wanted to carry on through the hail they were having so much fun! Thankyou to all the parents, siblings and grandparents who came along to support the children and although 'bees to honeypot' may have crossed your mind, the children had a great run around and a chance to experience some competitive play. A special mention goes to Faith for her outstanding play at goal keeper, saving numerous goals and keeping focuses and determined. Also a big well done to Olli for being picked out by the coaches for his enthusiasm and positivity throughout the afternoon to receive a prize.
